Biography
Alice G. Pinderhughes is a graduate of Goucher College with honors in political science in 1973 and the Columbus School of Law, The Catholic University in 1976. After obtaining her juris doctorate degree, she clerked for the Honorable David T. Mason of the Court of Special Appeals, served as an Assistant Attorney General in Criminal Appeals and Correctional Litigation, and as a associate with Cohan and Finkelstein. She was a Associate Professor of Law at University of Baltimore School of Law and Stevenson University.
In 1985, she opened her own law firm, Alice G. Pinderhughes, P.A and a title company, Pinderhughes Title, Inc, in 1988. She also served as a Domestic Examiner Master for the Circuit Court of Baltimore City from 1987 to 2011, a mediator for the United States Postal Service from 1998 to 2008, and a mediator for the Orphans' Court for Baltimore City from 2000 to 2003. She is currently the Appeals Counsel for the Board of Liquor License Commissioners for Baltimore City, a mediator for the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, and a volunteer settlement officer for family law cases in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. She serves on the Board of Trustees for Gilman School.
